Before design, I spent years in customer-facing roles: support, sales, customer success. Support taught me where products break. Design taught me how to fix them.
Now I bring that lens to every product decision. What to cut from scope, how to choose between options when the data is thin, and how to make something work for real people, not just look clean.
Hesitation is a design problem. It's the one I like solving.
